Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs lean pork, steak or roast(picnic)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 14 oz can pineapple chunks
- 1 c beef bouillion
- 1 lge pepper cut into squares
- 3 tbsp onion, chopped
- 3 tbsp corn starch
- 1/4 c brown sugar, packed
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 c vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
Cut pork in 1" cubes. Season well and brown in oil over med. heat
Drain pineapple, reserving syrup. Add to pork along with bouillion, pepper and onion. Cover and simmer 10 min.
Blend cornstarch with sugar and add to mixture with soy sauce, vinegar and 1/2 c pineapple syrup. Add to pork mixture. Stir and cook another 5 min.
