Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups bisquick
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teapoon dried thyme leaves
- 2 2/3 cup milk
- 1 package (20oz) lean ground turkey
- 1 small clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup corn
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Spray cookie sheet w/ cooking spray. In medium bowl, mix 2 1/4 cups of bisquick, 2 tablespoons of the parmesan cheese, thyme and 2/3 cup of milk until soft dough forms. Drop dough by 6 large spoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
Meanwhile, in skillet, cook turkey over medium-high heat 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink. Add garlic, and mushrooms. Cook 3-4 minutes until vegetables are crisp tender. Stir in remaing 1/4 cup bisquick, mix until blnded. Stir in peas,corn,salt, pepper and remaining 2 cups of milk. Cook until mixture bubbles and thickens. Stir in remaining parmesan cheese.
