- 1/2 cup oil (olive/vegetable)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (we like Bragg's)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp dried thyme, crushed

1. In a blender or in a shaker, mix all ingredients besides the oil.
2. Add oil slowly while blending.
3. Pour over salad and toss.
