Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Tbs. gelatin
- 1/3 cup cold water
- 2 tsp. Sucaryl solution or 16 tablets crushed
- 2 cups apple cider or juice
- 2 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 med. apples finely chopped

Preparation
Step 1
soften gelatin in cold water
combine Sucaryl, cider, lemon juice, and salt
heat and add to gelatin, stirring till gelatin dissolves
cool until mixture begins to thicken
fold in apples
chill till set in 3 cup mold
