Apples (Rome, Fuji or any slightly tart apple will do)
Quarter about 5 apples and put them in a pressure cooker (to the height of 1 apple) with 1/3 cup water. Cook 4 minutes. Cool pot thoroughly before opening. Dump all ingredients into a folding mill and grind until it's almost all ground up! Add sugar to taste , cinnamon and a touch of nutmeg.
