Ingredients
- 1 pound catfish fillet
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 large egg
- 1tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp ground thyme
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp flax seeds
Preparation
Step 1
Cut the catfish fillet into 6 pieces. Dredge the fish through the egg. Sprinkle with salt (to taste). Add onion, turmeric, ground thyme, ground coriander, ground nutmeg, and flax seeds in a bowl. Dredge fish though the spice mixture. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F. Place the fish into the air fryer for 10 minutes, rotate for an additional 13 minutes.
