frozen Rock Cornish game hens, cut in half
can(6oz) frozen concentr. orange juice
tbsp bottled steak sauce
tsp leaf rosemary, crumbled
Brown split hens, part at a time in butter in a large skillet with a cover. Remove hens and keep warm while making sauce. Stir orange juice concentrate, water, steak sauce, honey, salt, and rosemary into skillet, scraping to loosen cooked on juices. Heat to bubbling. Return hens to skillet, reduce heat, cover. Simmer, basting several times with sauce, 1 hour 10 min or till hens are tender when pierced with a fork. Serve on seasoned rice spooning sauce over hens.
