Preparation

Step 1

First thing in the morning juice all the ingredients for the juice in your juicer or puree as thinly as possible and squeeze the juice out through a sieve or a cheese cloth bag. Add water as needed to make it a drinkable texture. add more honey if it makes it easier to drink.(If you find your unable to drink the mixture try drinking each ingredient separately leaving out those you simply can't stand to drink.

Drink as much of the juice as you can.

Steep all tea ingredients for 20 minutes and then strain off the herbs, Stir in some sugar for taste and drink off and on through out the day.

For immediate temporary relief lay on your back on the floor placing a small pillow under your head and a larger pillow under your hips, bending your legs at the knees place your feet on the bed or a chair or something that is about that same height. While in this position the pain should greatly reduce but unless your able to stay in the position all day the tea and the juice should help ease the cramps long enough for you to get through the day.

If none of the above help you or if you have other symptoms like excessive bleeding or fever see your doctor as soon as possible,
