Ingredients
- 4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 (13.5 oz) cans spinach, drained
- 4 ounce fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2/3 cup bacon bits
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Place the chicken breast halves on a baking sheet, bake 20-30 minutes until no longer pink and juices run clear. Remove from heat, and set aside.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes in the 400 degree oven until bubbly and lightly browned.
