Super Shrimp Dip

Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz) cream cheese packages, softened, oe neufchatel cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise, regular or light
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped finely
- 1 (4 oz) cans broken shrimp, or 1/2 pound cooked and finely chopped shrimp
- 1/2 teaspoon Chesapeake Bay or Cajun seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- dash of Berbere Seasoning (optional) to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl using an electric mixer, blender or food processor until smooth. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or even better is overnight. Serve with crackers. If you like it spicy it is good with a little Berbere sprinkled on top.
