Dried Beef Gravy

  • ● 3 or 4 oz. sliced dried or smoked beef, snipped
  • ● 4 tbsp butter
  • ● 4 tbsp flour
  • ● 3 cup milk
  • ● dash pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook beef in butter til edges curl. (about 3 min) Stir in flour. Add milk all at once. Cook til thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 1-2 min longer. Add pepper. Serve over toast or bread.
