Ingredients
- Breakfast Green Tea Oatmeal Smoothie*
- 1-2 tsp matcha
- 1 cup nondairy milk (unsweetened almond)
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 4 large ice cubes
- raw honey to taste
- heaping 1/4 cup of gluten free oats
Preparation
Step 1
*you need a high speed blender for this
Add everything but the ice to the blender and blend for 10 seconds on high. Then add the ice and blend until smooth (~30 seconds).
