Ingredients
- 2 lb salmon fillets
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 2 tbsp soya sauce
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced onion
- 3/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat over to 375.
In a small bowl, combine honey, green onions, soy sauce and spices until well blended.
Spray 13x9 baking dish with Pam then place salmon in prepared dish. Spoon honey mixture evenly over salmon.
Bake salmon for 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, basting occasionally with honey mixture.
