- 1/2 c packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c granulated sugar

Step 1
1. Combine both sugar, then spread the mix on a parchment-lined baking sheet. After baking the brulees, turn off the oven and place the sugar pan inside the oven for an hour to dry out the sugars.
2. Transfer to a food processor and pulverize until fine. Store in an airtight container until ready to caramelize.
