Ingredients
- per serving:
- 1 large piece of foil
- 1 large porccini top cut-up into 1 inch pieces
- EVOO
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 clve garlic chopped
- splash of white wine
- 2 or three leaves of Mint or Basil (fresh), torn
Preparation
Step 1
Place ingredients on a piece of foil, in order given.
Seal foil so steam cannot escape.
Barbeque, indirect heat for 20 min
Serve with French or Italian bread rubbed with garlic
