Ingredients
- Stuffing
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 T sage
- 1 T salt
- 1-2 fresh onions

Step 1
Baste turkey with oil and salt
Cover bird with foil and bake 325-350
un stuffed 8-12 lbs 325 2 3/4-3 hrs
12-14 3 3/4
14-18 3 3/4-4 1/4
18-20 4 1/4-4 1/2
20-24 4 1/2-5
Gravy
Boil onion in one can of chicken broth and one can of water, 2 t salt, bay leaf. Simmer for 1 - 1 1/2 hr. Refrigerate, skim off the top and strain veggis Add this to the dripping of pan. Mix 1/2 c flour and 1/2 c water til smooth. Beat into broth mix over high using wire whisk. Add a t of kitchen bouquet.
