Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree
- 4 eggs
- 1 C vegetable oil
- 2/3 C water
- 3 C white sugar
- 3 1/2 C flour
- 2 t baking soda
- 1 1/2 t salt
- 1 t ground cinnamon
- 1 t ground nutmeg
- 1/2 t ground cloves
- 1/4 t ground ginger

Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs. Add water, oil, and pumpkin and beat well. Sift together flour, baking soda, salt and spices in a separate bowl. Add with sugar to pumpkin mixture and mix very well. Pour into greased and floured pans and bake for about 50 minutes in a preheated 350° oven. Breads are done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Tastes better the day after it is baked.
