COOLRISE CINNAMON ROLLS

Ingredients

  • 3-4 c flour
  • 1 T yeast
  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 1 c + 2 T warm water
  • 3/4 t salt
  • 1/4 c butter
  • 1 egg
  • FILLING
  • 14 c butter
  • 1 T cinnamon
  • 1/2 c white or br sugar
  • ICING
  • 1/4 c butter
  • 1/2 lb powdered sugar
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 2 T milk

Preparation

Step 1

1-Combine 1 c flour, yeast, sugar and salt in a bowl. Stir to blend

2-Beat egg, add egg, butter and tap water to dry ing

3-Beat with a mixer med speed 2 min

4-Add 1 more c flour beat on high for 1 min til thick and elastic

5-Continue adding remaining flour til dough starts to leave bowl. Knead 3-5 min til smooth and elastic

6-Cover with a towel and let rise 15-20 min

&- Shape into cinnamon rolls-Roll dough on floured surface into rectangle. 1/4" thick. Spread 1/4 c butter on surface, cover with 1/4 c sugar and sprinkle 1 T cinnamon on the roll dough tightly. Pull roll to lengthen a bit. Cut into 1" thick slices. Place on greased pan

8- Brush surface with melted butter. Cover with wrap and place in fridge.

Day 2

1- 375 uncover rolls let rest for 10 min

2-bake 15-20 min

3- make icing

4-Place all ing in bowl and beat til smooth
