Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Turkey
- 2 pounds Ground Beef
- 3 cups Onion, Chopped
- 3 cups Red Kidney Beans
- 2 cups Pinto Beans, Drained
- 2 cups Shoepeg Corn Drained
- 1 cup Stewed Tomatoes
- 1 cup Tomatoes With Diced Chiles- I Use Rotel
- 1 cup Red Bell Pepper, Diced
- 1 ounce, weight Dry Ranch Salad Dressing Mix
- 1 ounce, weight Dry Taco Seasoning Mix
- 2 cups Chicken Stock
Preparation
Step 1
Brown turkey and ground beef. Add chopped onion to the meat mixture and cook until the onions are translucent.
Add remaining ingredients, along with the meat, to a crock pot. Cook on low for 4–6 hours.
