Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Turkey
  • 2 pounds Ground Beef
  • 3 cups Onion, Chopped
  • 3 cups Red Kidney Beans
  • 2 cups Pinto Beans, Drained
  • 2 cups Shoepeg Corn Drained
  • 1 cup Stewed Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Tomatoes With Diced Chiles- I Use Rotel
  • 1 cup Red Bell Pepper, Diced
  • 1 ounce, weight Dry Ranch Salad Dressing Mix
  • 1 ounce, weight Dry Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 2 cups Chicken Stock

Preparation

Step 1

Brown turkey and ground beef. Add chopped onion to the meat mixture and cook until the onions are translucent.

Add remaining ingredients, along with the meat, to a crock pot. Cook on low for 4–6 hours.
