Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unpopped kernels
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
Preparation
Step 1
1. Pop your popcorn kernels using an air popper or using this method in the microwave.
2. Put butter, sugar, brown sugar and corn syrup in a large microwavable bowl.
3. Microwave for 2 minutes. Stir. Microwave for another 2 minutes. Stir.
4. Add marshmallows and microwave mixture for an additional 2 minutes.
5. In a large mixing bowl pour marshmallow caramel over about half of the popcorn. Stir.
6. Add additional popcorn and additional caramel and stir to mix everything together.
