Ingredients
- 1/4 C CORN STARCH
- 1/4 C WATER
- 6 OZPINEAPPLE JUICE
- 6 OZ WATER
- 1/2 C BROWN SUGAR
- 1/2 C SUGAR
- 3/4 C APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
- 1/2 C KETCHUP
- 1 T SOY SAUCE
Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl whisk ¼ cup corn starch and ¼ cup water until combined. Set aside.
In a medium saucepan, over medium high heat, combine remaining
ingredients. Whisk to combine. Bring sauce to a boil, cook for one
minute. Add corn starch mixture and cook until thick and shiny, about 5 minutes. Remove
from heat. Set aside until ready to use.
Makes about 4 cups.
