Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 5 Tbsp butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
2. In a large bowl, sift together flour, salt, and baking powder. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture. Add the milk and cheese; stir until just combined (too much stiring will cause biscuits to be hard). Drop batter by spoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet.
3. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until lightly browned. Melt butter and garlic together and then brush over hot baked biscuits.
