Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh crabmeat, drained and flaked
  • 4 large hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped
  • 3 cups soft breadcrumbs (homemade)
  • 2 cup half-and-half
  • 2 cups mayo
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients. Cover and chill at least 3 hours or up to 8 hours. Transfer to an ungreased 3-quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
