Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh crabmeat, drained and flaked
- 4 large hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped
- 3 cups soft breadcrumbs (homemade)
- 2 cup half-and-half
- 2 cups mayo
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients. Cover and chill at least 3 hours or up to 8 hours. Transfer to an ungreased 3-quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
