Ingredients

  • 1 can chick peas, drained, reserve 1/8 cup of the chick pea liquid
  • 1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 to 2 cloves garlic
  • ts sea salt

blend the liquids
add the peas, 1/3 at a time.
