Ingredients

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. pineapple syrup
  • 1 tbsp. butter or margarine
  • dash of salt
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 2 c. canned white cherries (pitted and drained) optional
  • 2 c. pineapple bits, drained
  • 2 oranges, peeled and cut up
  • 24 marshmallow, cut in thirds

Step 1

Cook egg yolks, sugar, vinegar, pineapple syrup, butte and salt in double boiler until thick, stirring constantly. Cool. Fold into whipped cream, fruit and marshmallows. Chill 24 hours. Garnish with orange sections and maraschino cherries.
