Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup whipping cream (not whipped and no substitutes)
- 1 cup white Karo syrup
Preparation
Step 1
Mix everything in a 2 quart saucepan and cook over low heat until it is a light caramel color. It takes about 20-30 minutes. Watch it when you first start to cook it because it boils over easily but once it gets started you can leave it, just stirring occasionally.
