Mexican Grilled Corn with Cilantro

Ingredients

  • 2 ears shucked corn
  • ! T olive oil
  • 1/4 t Kosher salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1/4 C chopped cilantro
  • 1 t lime juice

Preparation

Step 1

Heat grill to med. Cut corn into 6 pieces. In med. bowl, toss corn with olive oil, salt & pepper.
Brill 10-12 min. Add cilantro & lime juice to olive oil mixture; add cooked corn & toss to coat.
Serve with lime wedges
