Apricot Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork chops, @ 1" thick
  • 2 T olive oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • !/2 C apricot preserves
  • 1 T balsamic vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Heat olive oil in large skillet. Salt & pepper chops & cook until browned & cooked thru, @ 6-8 min.
Mix apricot preserves & balsamic vinegar. Add to skillet, turning pork to coat. Cook 1-2 min more & serve
