Ingredients
- 1 20 oz can Crushed pineapple in its own juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Minced garlic
- 8 Skinless chicken thighs
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat grill.
In a small pan, combine pineapple, brown sugar, soy sauce and garlic and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook chicken thighs on grill (can be done on George Forman grill but probably need to adjust cooking time to less) for 10-15 minutes, turning once. Transfer to platter and serve with relish over chicken. Serve over rice.
