Ingredients
- 1/3 c soy sauce
- 2 ts grated fresh ginger
- 1 1/2 ts crushed red pepper
- 3 TBS rice vinegar
- 3 TBS brown sugar
- 2 TBS canola oil

Mix all the ingredients together. Add steak and refrigerate, turning once, for at least 1 hour and up to 12 hours.
