Ingredients

  • 1 Stick butter divided
  • 1 T Olive oil
  • 1 can Marinated artichoke hearts
  • 2 C Onions, chopped
  • 1 C Celery, chopped
  • 1/4 C Parsley, chopped
  • 2 T Sage, chopped
  • 2 T Thyme
  • 5 oz baby spinach
  • 6 C Croissants, 1 inch Cube or ciabatta
  • 1 Egg
  • 3/4 C Chicken broth
  • 6 oz Brie

Preparation

Step 1

1/2 stick butter, olive oil. saute artichokes with S & P- 8 min. To bowl

1/2 butter saute onions/celery- 12 min. Add herbs- 1 min. Then spinach until wilted- to bowl with arts. Day ahead ok.

Oven 350- cubed bread for 10 min until crusty not hard. Large bowl to cool.

Bake uncovered 50-60 min. Let stand 10 min.
