    Stick butter divided

    T Olive oil

    can Marinated artichoke hearts

    C Onions, chopped

  • 1

    C Celery, chopped

  • ¼

    C Parsley, chopped

    T Sage, chopped

  • 2

    T Thyme

  • 5

    oz baby spinach

  • 6

    C Croissants, 1 inch Cube or ciabatta

  • 1

    Egg

  • ¾

    C Chicken broth

  • 6

    oz Brie

Directions

1/2 stick butter, olive oil. saute artichokes with S & P- 8 min. To bowl 1/2 butter saute onions/celery- 12 min. Add herbs- 1 min. Then spinach until wilted- to bowl with arts. Day ahead ok. Oven 350- cubed bread for 10 min until crusty not hard. Large bowl to cool. butter baking dish. Stir veg and bread. Whisk egg + S & P. Add broth then add to bread veg mix. Then add brie Bake uncovered 50-60 min. Let stand 10 min.
