Ingredients
- 8 slices of wheat bread
- 1/2 lb Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 C milk
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 2 lbs sausage, fried and crumbled
- 1/2 to 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp Tabasco

Preparation
Step 1
Remove crust from bread and place in bottom of buttered 9 x 13 inch casserole. Spread cheeses over bread, then meat. Mix the eggs and milk. Add the salt, dry mustard and tabasco. Pour mixture over the dish. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
