Ingredients
- 3 cups Diced, cooked chicken or turkey
- 1 cup Cooked Rice
- 2 cups Soft bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup Diced celery
- 1/4 cup Chopped pimento
- 4 Eggs Beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon Poultry seasoning
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 1/3 cup Milk
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
Preparation
Step 1
Mix chicken, rice, bread crumbs, celery and pimento. Blend eggs, salt, poultry seasoning and broth. Stir into chicken mixture.
Turn into greased 9x9x2" baking dish. Bake until set (probably an hour or so). Cut into squares. Add milk gradually to soup. Heat thoroughly. Serve over squares as a gravy.
