Ingredients
- 4 cups Turkey diced
- 1 medium Onion sliced 1/4" thick
- 1 stick Butter melted
- 4 cups Chicken bouillon mixed
- 4 tablespoons Flour
- 2 tablespoons Curry powder
- 4 cups Rice - cooked
Preparation
Step 1
Melt 1 stick of margarine/butter in large skillet. Saute onions lightly till golden brown. Add curry powder by sprinkling over butter/onion mixture and cook for several minutes to develop flavor. Sprinkle flour over curry mixture and stir in well.
Add chicken bouillon gradually and heat slowly to form a thick gravy. Add diced turkey to mixture and heat. Serve over rice. Can garnish with cashew nuts if you have them.
