Ingredients
- 1 envelope zesty herb marinade mix
- 1/3 cup water
- 3 tbsp each cider vinegar and oil
- 2 boneless chiken breast
- 1 prebaked italian bread shell
- 1/2 cup alfredo sauce
- 3 tbsp grated parmeasan cheese
- 3 tsp italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup pizza chesse 4 ounces
- 1/2 medium green pepper chopped
- 1/2 red onion thinly sliced into rings
- one about one cup
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms

Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl combine 2 tbsp salad dressing mix water,vinegar and oil
Pour 1/3 cup marinade into large resealable plastic bag add the chicken seal bag and turn to coat refrigerate for 1 hour
Drain discard marinade from chicken. Grill chicken cover over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes on each side basting occasionally cube chicken set aside
Place bread shell crust on an ungreased 12 in pizza pan. Spread with alfredo sauce. Sprinkle wth parmesan, italian seasoning garlic powder 1/2 cup pizza blend cheese, green pepper, onion, mushroom,cubed chiken
Bake at 450 for 8-10 minutes
