Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts
  • 1-1/2 pounds potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Cut potatoes into wedges.
3. Put chicken and potatoes in pan.
4. Sprinkle with oregano and pepper.
5. Drizzle with olive oil.
6. Bake 30 minutes.
7. Stir once, turn pieces over.
8. Sprinkle with garlic and wine.
9. Bake 30 minutes or until juices fun clear and potatoes are tender.
10. Drizzle extra juice over chicken.
