Taco Dip

Ingredients

• 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
• 1 (16 oz) container sour cream
• 1/2 cup mild salsa
• 1 packet mild taco seasoning mix
• 1 (1 oz) packet onion soup mix
• 4 cups shredded lettuce
• 3 cups shredded Mexican-style cheese
• 3 medium tomatoes, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Combine cream cheese, sour cream, salsa, taco seasoning and onion soup mix. Blend well with a mixer at low speed. Spoon into a shallow bowl or 9 x 13 baking dish. Smooth on top. Sprinkle lettuce over cream cheese mixture and top with cheese and tomatoes.
