Ingredients
- 3 peppers, 1 green, 1 red, 1 yellow
- 4-5 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 2 tbsp salt
- olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Roast peppers on baking sheet in oven at 350° for approximately 25 minutes. After they have cooled, peel and slice peppers and place in bowl.
Add garlic, oregano, salt.
Add olive oil prior to serving.
Stir and they are ready to eat or freeze.
