Cake with Fruit

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • ]3/4 Cup Fruit (raspberrys and blackberrys)
  • 1/4 Cup Port Wine
  • 1 Cup and 1 Tsp Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • \1 Cup Flour
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder

Preparation

Step 1

Mix berry's, port wine and 1 Tsp sugar and set aside.

Cream butter, remainder of sugar together, add eggs. Min is flour and baking powder.
Beat 2 minutes.

Pour into buttered springform pan. Drain Berrys, but reserve wine.

Spoon on top of the batter. drizzle a little of wine on top.

bake 50-55 minutes Sprinkle with powdered Sugar.
