Baked Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients
- 8 oz elbow macaroni, cooked & drained
- 1 sleeve Ritz Crackers, crushed
- 1 t salt
- 1 t pepper
- 8 oz sharp Cheddar, shredded
- 8 oz extra-sharp Cheddar, shredded
- 6 eggs, lightly beaten
- 4 cups milk

Preparation
Step 1
1.Layer one-third each of macaroni, crackers, salt, pepper, and cheeses into a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Repeat layers twice.
2.Whisk together eggs and milk; pour over pasta mixture.
3.Bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes or until golden and set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
