Ingredients
- 1 can ( 14-1/2 oz ) fat-free chicken broth
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 cup canned seasoned diced tomatoes
- 2 Pounds barbequed chicken breast cut in strips,
- 2 Packages Rice Pilaf
- 1 can ( 8- 3/4 oz ) whole kernel corn
- 1 cup canned black beans, drained , rinsed
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare Rice according to package directions, using chicken broth instead of water. Add cumin with contents of spice sack.
Stir remaining 5 ingredients into rice mixture. Top with cheddar cheese, if desired.
