Peanutty Pretzel Truffles

Ingredients

  • 1 c. melted chocolate (white or dark)
  • 1 c. crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped pretzels

Preparation

Step 1

Combine crushed pretzels w/1 cup crunchy peanut butter. Chill about 15 minutes. Roll mixture into about 40 balls. Place on cookie sheet covered w/ waxed paper. Refrigerate until firm (about 1 hr).

Dip or roll in melted chocolate. Refigerate until set. Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to several weeks.
