- 3 tbsp. coconut butter, melted
- garlic powder, to taste
- onion powder, to taste
- smoked paprika, to taste
- a few dashes chipotle Tabasco sauce

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place sweet potatoes into a bowl. Combine remaining ingredients to taste, then pour over sweet potatoes and toss with hands until completely coated. Sprinkle one pinch of salt over each baking sheet.
2. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and divide sweet potatoes among them, without any overlapping. Bake for 15 min. Turn fries, bake another 10 - 15 min. Repeat until golden brown and crispy.
Note: Coconut butter is essentially just dehydrated coconut that has been blended to make a cream. It is a whole food and not the same as coconut oil, which is simply the oil without the meat of the coconut. For homemade coconut butter, simply add unsweetened shredded coconut to food processor and process until a creamy paste.
