Ingredients
- 1 c (6 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 c mlk chocolate chips
- 1/4 t peppermint extract
- 1/2 c crushed peppermint candy

Step 1
Line baking sheet with buttered waxed paper; set aside. melt chips in heavy medium sacepan over low heat, stir constantly. Stir in extract. Spread mixture in rectangle about 1/4" thick on prepared baking sheet. spinkle with candy; press into chocolate. Refrigerate until almost firm (easier to cut without breaking if not firm). Cut into squares. Refrigerate until firm before removing from paper.
