French Toast and Egg Strata

Ingredients

• 12 Farm Rich® French Toast Sticks
• 8 eggs
• 1 cup onion, diced
• 1 cup ham, diced
• 1 cup red pepper, diced
• 2 cups Colby Jack cheese, shredded
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 1 1/2 cups milk

Preparation

Step 1

PREHEAT oven to 350° F. Lay French Toast Sticks in bottom of glass baking dish.
MIX remaining ingredients in large mixing bowl. Pour over French Toast Sticks.
BAKE in oven for 1 hour. Remove and let stand for 5 minutes. Cut and serve.
