Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 stick softened butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- Small bag chopped pecans (save 1 Tbsp for top)

- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 9 oz. Cool Whip
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
- rd Layer:
- 2 boxes chocolate pudding (6 serving size)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- th Layer:
- Cool Whip
- Reserved pecans
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix all ingredients for crust. Pat into 9x13 pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool.
2. Mix cream cheese, cool whip and sugar. Beat and spread on cooled crust. Put into refrigerator for 1 hour.
3. Cook 2 boxes of pudding less 1/4 cup of milk. Add vanilla. Let cool and spread on cheese mixture. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
4. Top with Cool Whip and remaining pecans.
