Thai Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 LB Salmon
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 3 scallions, sliced
  • 1 12 oz pkg broccoli slaw
  • 1 tablespoon veg oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup basil leaves, thinly sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Line a rimmed sheet pan with foil. Whisk sweet chili sauce with soy sauce and 1 of the scallions. Place salmon on pan and drizzle with 1/4 cup sauce mixture. Bake at 450 degrees for 12 min, then broil 2 min. Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet over med-high cook broccoli slaw with remaining scallions and 1 tbsp veg oil for 3 min. Season with salt. Remove from heat and stir in basil leaves. Serve salmon over slaw; drizzle with remaining sauce.
