Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
- 2 eggs
- 1-1/2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S White Chocolate (6 oz.), chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Combine flour and baking soda. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy.
Add dry pudding mix; beat until blended. Add eggs; mix well. Gradually add flour mixture, mixing well after each addition. Stir in chocolate.
Drop tablespoons of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets.
Bake 10 to 12 min. or until edges of cookies are lightly browned. Cool 1 min. on baking sheets.
Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
