Dragon Noodles

Ingredients

• 4 tbsp vegetable oil
• 3 tbsp sesame oil
• 1 tsp chinese chili sauce
• 2 1/2 tbsp soya sauce
• 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
• 2 1/2 tbsp sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 package of chinese egg noodles
• 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
• 1 cup green onions
• snow peas

Preparation

Step 1

combine all ingredients for sauce
cook noodles and drain well
mix together noodles and sauce and add onions, peas and seeds

option: stir fry chicken or shrimp or veggies and add to noodles
